The weather outside is frightful

It didn't get above freezing temperatures over the weekend, and since Thursday night, it's been a winter wonderland around here with pure snow ice covering everything. Adam was in Utah for a recruiting event on Friday, but luckily he was able to fly home on Saturday! We enjoyed the weekend with lots of hot chocolate, snuggling under a blanket to watch movies and the Christmas Devotional that our church puts on every year, and reading Christmas stories.

I did venture outside a few times to visit some friends in my complex and capture some of what it has looked like the last couple of days. We live in a beautiful world!
